On the basis of a comprehensive approach the current state of development and a scope lithium-ion accumulators is considered. Their competitiveness in comparison with alkaline and acid accumulators is shown. System approaches and the skhemo-technical solutions used at design lithium-ion storage batteries with microprocessor monitoring systems and managements are analysed.
