Abstract

An analysis is carried out to provide a correct definition of strategic goals for the Russian Joint-Stock Company «United Aircraft Corporation» (UAC). Medium-range and long-range forecasts are considered in regard to manufacturing of aircraft for the civil aviation. Material resources and intangible assets are evaluated for the member companies of the UAC to reveal its major references in future market competition. A comparative study is performed to estimate management level for aircraft manufacturing enterprises from the standpoint of international regulations.
