General warning for paragraph 1.2: English materials of the paper should use the special English terminology for the appropriate field of science and engineering.

English materials of the paper, which were created with the use of automatic translation software, will not be considered by the Editorial Board. Such materials will be returned to the paper authors for providing a quality translation.
