Abstract

Composites open up possibilities to realize essentially new design solutions and manufacturing processes. Distinctive feature of composite material parts manufacturing consist in both the part and composite material are formed simultaneously in most cases. The part is formed at once with required shape and dimensions. Consequently, the cost is reduced significantly as compared to production from traditional materials in spite of polymeric couplers and fiber fillers high prices. In contrast to metalworking production engineering, composite material parts manufacturing enhances material recovery to 0.8 — 0.95, whereas effort reduces by factor 1,5 — 2,5.
