Abstract

In modern economic conditions the effective management of innovation activity of the aviation enterprise is a key factor of its competitiveness and efficiency. However, the management of innovation activity is hampered by a number of reasons. In the article there are considered the problems of development of innovation activity in the aviation industry. Analyzed the problems of education and disparities in the distribution of intellectual resources. Special attention is paid to the analysis of problems of the efficiency of the innovation infrastructure and innovation financing, the problems of human resources.
