A system for efficient support of small-scale business in the Russian Federation

Abstract

A mechanism is presented to optimize a state regulation process related to business activity in the conditions of transition termination to market economy. Main goal of the proposed measures consist in decreasing of the regulations as well as in providing their clarity and effectiveness.
