Abstract
Models of electro-thermo-mechanical effects caused by a heat release due to electrical losses in a material with coating and rough boundary are analyzed. These effects occur under the electromagnetic field which changing rapidly enough and penetrate into the material rather superficially. Also a detachment phenomenon is studied for a thin layer of a material which can be the coating. The phenomenon caused with a bending instability of the layer is considered as well as the layer subsequent behavior. Keywords:
