Abstract

The effective management of intellectual capital of aviation organization is the key factor of competitive ability and effectiveness in the contemporary economic situation. But there are intellectual capital’s peculiar characteristic and almost no approaches to management in practice. So the management of intellectual capital is become difficult by these reasons. The technology of intellectual capital management on the intellectual capital navigator base is considered in the article.
