Abstract
Broad spectrum of performance criteriaof principal, supply andauxiliary systems is represented in the study. It is necessary to take into account that distinct types of systems influence the efficiency of major task solution. Suggested methodology of the accounting is based on the correlation between performance criteria and qualitative and quantitative evaluations. Stated systemic criteria of optimality and decomposition allow to widen capabilitiesto use dynamic programming methods.Keywords:
