Abstract

The subject of research in this work is models and methods of forming of skilled reserve of enterprise modernization projects. The aim of work is development of estimation methods of employees competent reserve for the increase of efficiency of the skilled providing of project.
Decided tasks are followings: to ground importance of estimation of employees professional competence at forming of skilled reserve, to develop the method of estimation of competent reserve of engineer-technical workers, to make an example of determination of employees optimum composition.
Applied methods are: theory of sets and boolean functions; methods of discrete optimization, in particular, integer programming.
Such results were got. Basic functions and expected results of creation of the system of skilled competent reserve are certain. It is indicated that errors at forming and management skilled reserve of project reduce efficiency of his implementation and can become reason of derangement or waiver of works implementation, and also are reason of considerable additional expenses. Factors and features of labour resources which must be taken into account at creation of the system of employees backuping are analysed. It is offered formalization of the indicated task with the use of sets theory.
The method of estimation of competent reserve of engineer-technical workers is created. The mathematical model of forming of reserve is developed as a task about the least coverage of sets. The mathematical theory of discrete optimization is used for the decision of task about vertex coverage on graphs.
It is indicated that the existent mathematical methods of decision of tasks about finding of coverage do not take into account the specific of management skilled reserve. In this connection, the method of decision of task of employees reserve forming is improved. Substantive provisions and stages of method are described. It is indicated that a method allows to get the set of possible decisions and choose the best decision on the criterion of minimization of cost.
Conclusion. The models and methods offered in- process can be used for development of algorithms and information technologies of management the skilled providing of projects, including at forming of skilled reserve of project of enterprise development.
