A price stimulation of development for defense industry enterprise within the bounds of state defense order

Abstract

Potential development aspects are discussed for a Russian defense industry enterprise. An influence of state defense order is shown as applies to the condition of the enterprise. A scheme is synthesize for an operation of the system implementing the state defense order. A classification is presented for indirect performance measures, which evaluate effectiveness of spend the state defense order funds. An organizational and economic mechanism is built basing on the indirect performance measures providing price stimulation for development of defense industry enterprise potential within the bounds of the state defense order. The results presented in the article demonstrate a suitability of the approach to the price stimulation.
