Abstract

Research activity of a young scientist as a complex and multilateral system cannot be evaluated completely using traditional techniques and indices. It occurs because of activity results present a new knowledge realizing in scientific publications, patents, know-how etc. It is needed to use a specific system of indices which allows us to evaluate research activity of young scientists with completeness and authenticity.
