Abstract

It is developed the method of the structure formation and number of the helicopter fleet on the basis of aerial work content, structure and characteristics, which helicopters support in the hand-picked region over a predictable period of time. As a case in point it is defined the structure and number of the prospective helicopter fleet, that supports execution forecast aerial work contents in Tyumen region. The helicopter operating cost of the examined models is specified.
