Abstract

The article is intended to introduce the main aspects of the aviation production systems innovative development administration on the strategic level. The present article offers new strategies of enterprise innovative development on land, labor and capital markets. Each strategy is described by several parameters and criteria, which are also the measurers of the enterprise strategy effectiveness in exact innovative environment.
