Abstract

Provides software development experience, which dynamically changes and adapts depending on the specific organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprises and in advance of unknown algorithms calculate normative indicators. Provides an example of creating a software editor to configure the budget codebase and a fragment of the text of the program to calculate the expenditure side, implements technology software recognition, credibility, and interpretation of normative dependencies
