Risk-controlling tools of the business continuity management aviation industry

Abstract

One of the necessary parts of the effective functioning of aviation industry is ability to manage the operation risks properly. In this paper a risk-controlling system which is supposed to protect the main products and services of an aviation company is proposed. This concept involves creating and maintaining an organizations ability to withstand incidents by using of risk-controlling tools in the management of business continuity.
