Abstract

The paper considers the effect of unequivalent bending of receptive element of pressure transducer based on optical tunneling on his performances and a compensation of temperature error of the pressure transducer based on optical tunneling in order to obtain more reliable information (for example, about the pressure in combustion chambers of engines).
