Abstract
This paper discusses the influence of the crystallographic orientation on the stress-strain state and the static strength of single crystal nickel-based blades of high-temperature gas turbines using finite element analysis. A calculation method of static safety factor is provided. This method was used to estimate the optimal crystallographic position in two single crystal blades. The scatter of static safety factor in tolerance on the crystallographic orientation of the casting is analyzed. Keywords:
