Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of a few modern technologies for the synthesis of carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The most cost-effective and promising CVD-method (Catalytic Vapor Deposition) is considered. Under this method, CNTs are formed by vapor transmission carbonaceous feed over a heated catalyst. There is a number of disadvantages of this method, one of which is its frequency (the impossibility of continuous technology) and inefficient consumption of carbon-containing raw materials and related inert gases. A modification of the CVD-method is suggested allowing significantly improving its efficiency and achieving greater productivity in the continuity of the process. Keywords:
