An estimation of absorption coefficient value for some material basing on creep cyclic tests

Abstract

Some techniques are described to reveal internal friction characteristics for constructional materials. These techniques are based on results of cyclic creep tests. An approach is suggested to evaluate absorption coefficient values using the Andrade creep model and the numerical value of stress relation for the cyclic creep tests with a partial unloading for which there are no accumulation and relaxation of deformations.
