Abstract

An approach to business process modeling is suggested basing on synthesis of functional and operational techniques for organizational design. A validation of the approach is accomplished by means of analysis for problems and processes, which take place at implementation of corporate information systems. An enterprise resource planning system for telecommunication company is discussed as an example to demonstrate effectiveness of the approach.
