Abstract
Deficiencies are revealed and discussed in regard to conventional techniques used in the impeller machines theory to analyze forces acting on a fluid in the rotor. A detailed analysis is carried out for absolute and relative accelerations. It is shown that «circulatory» forces in a relative motion as well as in a absolute motion are caused by persistence proper angular acceleration in the absolute motion as well as by Coriolis acceleration originate from angular velocity ty of the fluid. Total forces specifying rotor moments are inertia forces caused by of absolute motion and radial velocity.
