Abstract

A structured econometric model is suggested to evaluate a demand for passenger air operations. A technique is developed to compute a «threshold level» for incomings. Population is permitted to use air transportation systems after the level is reached. The technique is based on international econometric comparisons and incomings distribution structure for 20-percent population groups. An algorithm is developed to estimate a number of air passengers paid for a flight out of their own pocket.
