Abstract
A layered composite plate heating problem is examined. Initial thermoelasticity equations with fast oscillating quotients are transformed into zeroth-order approximation equations via asymptotic averaging procedure. Boundary conditions are irregular, irregularity representing uneven surface heating of the plate. To obtain a solution an asymptotic variable separation procedure is used. The procedure is based upon introduction of several scaled variables. It allows us to solve the problem assuming that heating unevenness is weak. Keywords:
