Abstract

Proposed procedure for GNSS effectiveness evaluation of RNF and UPF шы based on three-level characteristics classification of RNF and UPF for most probable orbital constellations states with functioning and malfunctioning satellites and their drifts on latitudes. With the use of proposed characteristics classification GNSS effectiveness evaluation can be made considering all the peculiarities of RNF and UPF. This is demonstrated by carrying out RNF and UPF comparative analysis for different existing GNSS.
