Abstract
In the article is considered the principles and features of HR Training system on the example of an aviation industry. Educational process is considered in the conditions of integration of efforts of the industry enterprises and the higher educational institutions providing training throughout all life cycle of the personnel from preparation of workers before training of the top skills. On the base of creation of the integrated system is the competency frameworks of industry workers which is transformed to educational competency-based frameworks.Keywords:
