Abstract
Rolling-contact bearings are placed often in spline connection zones of gas-turbine engines. The spline connection deforms essentially the geometry of bearing mounting surface as a result of torque transfer. An analysis is carried out for this phenomena influencing unfavorable on operation conditions of the bearing.
