Managerial controlling: Modern theoretical concepts and practice in aerospace economics

Abstract

Some modern theoretical concepts and methodology are considered for controlling as applies to its real operation. A system nature of the controlling is revealed also its position among other managerial disciplines. A conceptual «singularity» of the controlling is demonstrated and at the same time its relations with main company jobs and with these jobs realization programs are described. Realization stages are discussed for a controlling system. A role of feedforward and feedback concepts as well as real-time information in controlling system is analyzed.
