Abstract

A technique and results are presented for experimental research of heat transfer and hydraulic resistance for water flows within shaped tubes. The tubes have a ring diaphragm knurl with various shapes of turbulence stimulators. Some new generalizing relationships are suggested to intensify the heat transfer and to compute an increasing of the hydraulic resistance for   the water flows depending on geometric characteristics of the shaped tubes.
